INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS

The mixture has sour dough powder, spices and fatty seeds like sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and aniseed and also carob flour. It is a nutritious and strengthening bread.

USAGE

  1. For 25 kg of Sultan Bread
  2. 1 kg yeast, 16 kg water
  3. Molding process:
  4. Stainless-steel fork mixer 25-30 mins
  5. Spiral Oven 10-15 mins
  6. Temperature 24-26 Celsius degrees
  7. Fermentation Process
  8. First Fermentation: 15 mins
  9. Cutting and Rolling
  10. Half Fermentation: 15 mins
  11. Last Fermentation: 30-45 mins
  12. The temperature and the time will be adjusted according to the weight of the dough.
