INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS

Includes lots of sunflower, poppy and sesame seeds. Baked with Rye flour, Village flour and wheat flour. As a grain bread, it has the highest ratio of fibers. Compared to regular white bread, it has 15 times more folic acid inside.

Includes calcium, zinc, folic acid, Vitamins B1 and B2, Omega 3, Omega 6 and fat acids. It is good for the hemal system and also it is good for the colons and very easy to digest.

USAGE

  • For 25 kg of My Variety – Grain
  • 1 kg yeast, 16 kg water and 450 g of salt
  • Molding process:
  • Stainless-steel fork mixer 25-30 mins
  • Spiral Oven 8-15 mins
  • Temperature 24-26 Celsius degrees
  • Fermentation Process
  • First Fermentation: 10 mins
  • Cutting and Rolling
  • Half Fermentation: 10 mins
  • Last Fermentation: 30-45 mins
  • The temperature and the time will be adjusted according to the weight of the dough.
