Blue Poppy Seeds

They belongs to Papaver rhoeas family and they like very warm climates. Poppy is mostly produced in Turkey, India and West Asian regions. Only in Turkey, there are more than 40 types of poppy. North-eastern part of Turkey, especially Denizli, Afyon, Kütahya, Burdur and Isparta are the places that poppy is mostly produced. This plant is a fond of earth that doesnt absorb too much water and includes lots of clay. It’s not good fort his plant to be in a climate that is too dry or too humid. Its roots dont grow too far so it can’t survive in loose earth.
