          Wheat Flour to 20 Kg Grain Premium Premix 20 Kg. Yeast 1.6 Kg, Salt 550 gr., 26 L. Water Kneading form Fork boiler 25-30 min. Spiral boiler 8-15 min Temperature 24-26 degrees Process fermentation First fermentation 10 min. Cutting rounding Intermediate fermentation 10 min Final fermentation 30-45 min. Cooking Cooking temperature 200-230 degrees Cooking time 40-50 min
