USE

Rye Flour, Corn Flour and White Flour mixed with a variety of grains.
Additional of sesame, sunflower seeds, aniseed, poppy seed, corn mealies and grain paste it also contains a variety of spices.
Its rich content gives infinite number of benefits.
USAGE
- For 25 kg of German Rye
- 1 kg yeast, 16 kg water
- Molding process:
- Stainless-steel fork mixer 25-30 mins
- Spiral Oven 10-15 mins
- Temperature 24-26 Celsius degrees
- Fermentation Process
- First Fermentation: 15 mins
- Cutting and Rolling
- Half Fermentation: 15 mins
- Last Fermentation: 30-45 mins
- The temperature and the time will be adjusted according to the weight of the dough.
- P.s: It is highly suggested to use a mold while baking.
